Customer Care: We aim to respond to your emails within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday AEST).

Sales & Promotions:

  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with other offers.
  • Discount codes cannot be used for gift cards.
  • Sale and promotional orders are final - no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend promotions due to unforeseen circumstances.

New Subscriber Discount:

  • Discounts will be communicated via email and website pop-up.
  • Discounts are for one-time use and non-transferable.
  • Cannot be used with other offers.

Cancellations and Amendments:

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it or combine it with others.

  • We have full discretion regarding cancellation/amendment requests, except for sale/promotion orders.
